01 Siding
- Materials
- Vinyl, James Hardie fiber cement, and Ascend composite siding, plus stone veneer, in the profiles and colors most Charlotte-area homes call for. We'll match the material to your home and budget.
- Process
- We remove the old siding, check the sheathing and wrap underneath, and install clean, even courses sealed at every opening.
- Scope
- Tear-off, moisture barrier, trim, and full cleanup included.
02 Roofing
- Materials
- Asphalt shingles from GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed, built to handle Carolina heat and storms.
- Process
- We tear off to the deck, replace any rotted wood, lay new underlayment, then shingle and seal.
- Scope
- Full tear-off, deck inspection, new underlayment, sealing, and haul-away.
03 Gutters
- Materials
- Seamless aluminum gutters, cut on-site to fit your roofline and color-matched to your home, with guards available.
- Process
- We size for your roof's runoff, set the right pitch, and secure with hidden hangers so they hold.
- Scope
- Custom-fit gutters, downspouts, and tie-ins that move water away from the house.
